Allegro 1 Dance Studio was established in 1979 by Joanne Campbell as Principal. Over the past 28 years the studio has had a very successful career with many accolades to it's credit.

Examination results with the Commonwealth Society of Teachers of Dancing (C.S.T.D) have always been of an excellent standard with many Cups, Trophies & Scholarships being awarded to the students of the Studio over the years. Industry Professionals have also filled guest teaching positions in the studio.

The Studio has been invited on many occasions to represent the talent that is in our local community, one highlight was being asked to open the Wyndham Cultural Centre. Special events are still an important part of the Studios curriculum.

The Studio also presents a very unique end of year production. The fully scripted show allows students to understand what is involved in Theatre & Dance, rounding their performing arts education.

Now in 2008 the Studio develops further with a partership between the Principal Joanne Richards & Page Camillo as Dance Director, this will insure that Allegro 1 will keep moving forward in the world of Dance.
